Kramer to meet victims

It has been reported that Michael Richards (Kramer from Seinfeld) is to meet the 4 African-American victims of his racist tirade in January 07. Supervised by a judge, it is said that monetary compensation would be discussed. I realise that America is a money orientated country, but if it was me, I would sue. But only for 1 pence. The handing over the money, and the humiliation inherent in handing over the money would be satisfaction for me. But I don't live in America.
